How do I do this?

I'm trying to put a picture on my profile and can't figure out how to get the picture URL. I'm so confused!

sorry, that was one of those random outbursts I was talking about. :)

So yeah, this is me. Except my hair is MUCH shorter now, cause some mean and rude hair stylist lady ruined it! but no hard feelings. I just hate my short hair and wish is could be long again, it's not like I spent two years getting it to the length you see in the picture of anything. ok, I will stop ranting about my hair now.

So it snowed here the other day. and....it's not snowing now......and I'm really now sure of what to say......I have to go to work now. TaTa my beautiful people!!!

Hey there my beautiful people what I love! I now have a blog! I know, really I only made it so I could post on Sarah and Mary's but I thought it would be fun. I figure what else should I do besides post random things on the internet for people to read. right? well, I guess thats all I have to say at this point in time.
